The Firefly Initiative
The Firefly Initiative trains youth workers from the West Bank in drama therapy and creative facilitation — empowering them to bring hope, healing and expression to children in Gaza and the West Bank. Created in collaboration between Staging the Good and the Hope Flowers School in Bethlehem, this one-year program (December 2025 – December 2026) builds local capacity for theatre-based healing in communities affected by conflict and trauma. In a region marked by hardship and loss, The Firefly Initiative offers something radically simple — spaces for play, beauty, community and joy. Currently seeking sponsors and collaborators.
